Shipping Information

We pride ourselves on fast delivery. All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order using ground UPS unless you specify otherwise. Need your supplies sooner? We also offer UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air services at your request!

Tru-Tain’s Return Policy

  • We offer full refunds for returns made within 30 days. All items returned must be in sellable condition.
  • Returns made after 30 days will need to be authorized and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  • No returns after 90 days will be accepted.
